چکیده

Abstract Higher education is given increasing recognition by national governments and international agencies throughout the world to become a crucial incentive for sustainable development goals. In of intellectual force at present, Vietnam policy training, which great importance, decisive factor economic growth social as set out government. Therefore, educational responsibility both government society. It now clear that academic staff in higher institutions core force, playing role ensuring quality case International University – National Ho Chi Minh City. The paper investigated research studies university through their annual publications number lecturers with Doctoral degrees professorship. results showed contributed institution particular, same time predicted how much stakeholders benefited from this general. This study may contribute developing regarding promotion faculties.
